Returns & Exchanges
Have you placed an order and it is not quite what you expected? On this page you can read which steps to follow and the conditions that are required for a return or exchange. For more information, see our terms and conditions.
Do you want to exchange a product or did you receive a product in a bad condition? Please contact our customer service by calling us or sent an email to email@example.com. Please specify what the problem is. We can then check to see if the product is in stock and we can book the product for you. If necessary, we will ask you to email a photo to us. Naturally, we will strive to immediately offer you a good alternative.
- Within 14 days after you have received your order it is possible to return the products. When you notify is within these 14 days, you then have 14 days to return your order. If you exceed this limit, we can unfortunately not accept your return.
- The products are in original condition, not used, damaged or washed.
- The products have the original tags and cards.
- The products are in the original packaging.
- Your return is sufficient postage.
- Your return has been provided with the correct sender information (name, address, order number).
We advise you to send the package by using a Track & Trace code and store it well. This serves as proof that the package was sent. In this way we can always find out where your package is. If the product you want to return fits in an envelope or flat packing, you can return the product as standard mail. In this way you will pay less shipping costs, but then your shipment is not traceable.
The direct cost of a return are for your account.
Processing of returned product
Within a week after we have received the product your return will be processed. The purchase price of your return will be credited within 14 days to your bank account.
